When will your customer service engineer arrive?
Our staff do everything in their power to keep your waiting time down to a minimum. As a rule, they're there within 36 hours.

How would I benefit from a maintenance contract for a new system?
The warranty period for all door components is extended from 2 to 5 years.

How long can I expect a Bator door system to last in ideal operating conditions (i.e. with a maintenance contract and no maltreatment)?
For the door leaf - around 50 years; for mechanical parts - approx. 15-20 years, and for electrical parts around 5-10 years.

What's the procedure if there's a power failure or if the door malfunctions?
a. Press the flashing "Reset button" on the control unit
b. Try the UP command again via the contact threshold, key switch or push button unit, etc.; if the door still doesn't respond, there is a malfunction and you should proceed to (c) below.
c. Switch off the control at the main switch on the control unit cover.
d. Disconnecting the drive: use the black joystick on the drive to disconnect from the floor and the tension-compression cable lever on the door wing.
e. The door can now be operated manually.


What's the procedure once the power has been restored?
Engage the disengagement lever (see d above) again (WARNING: never engage the lever when the door is moving or when the motor is running)
Switch on the control at the main switch on the control unit cover
Press the flashing "Reset button" on the control unit
The door will begin operating again after the UP command has been given (see b above )
